I know the TN/DN of the phone I am adding the bridged appearances to. I also know the TN/DN's of the numbers to be bridged. I know the key numbers that I will be adding the apearances to as well. I know i need to add BFS to key 09 for one bridged appearence and BFS to key 10 for the other. Just not familiar enough with the actual programming method. Can someone help me out?

On 4-0-13-8 just add a
KEY 9 SCR 3216
KEY 10 SCR 3327

Or if you don't want them to ring but just appear, make the KEY's SCN instead of SCR

Easy way is as Ace wrote.

Do you really need BFS keys though - you don't because the line will always show status, and forwarding is not needed if you hear it ring and jusr press the line and answer.

When you add a BFS key, it somewhat "locks" parts of the TNs programming from being changed until you remove the BFS, then you re-add it after (unless someone knows that this was improved in S3 and up?)

I avoid BFS

~

in rls 3 you do not have to remove the bfs, i was surprised to find that one.. we have hundreds of them, they work to transfer as well, touch tran key then the bfs and it works like an old blf
