Does anyone have a document or a link which outlines the steps taken to add a second ACD to a CMS. We already have it switched on, I just need the steps for configuring the new ACD.

Cheers

Hi M1kep

To add an acd in cms
log on as root
type commmand cmsadm
Depending on your version of CMS you should see a menu with;

option 1 acd create Define New ACD

From here you enter all the dtails of the new ACD ( no of skills, vdns etc ).

I am assuming the second ACD already has been administered at the Definity end.

If you need any more help or would like some documentation I can send it to you but I'd need

a. Version of CMS. This can be found by typing command pkginfo -x cms

b. Version of Definity.

Hope this helps
