I have an existing form and would like to add a picture as the background to the form. Currently when I try to add the image it is displayed on top of the buttons and text fields that are already on the form. As a workaround, I can create a new form with the picture and then paste the buttons from the previous form onto the new one. Is there an easier way to accomplish this?

I'm assuming you were just pasting the image? If so, don't do it that way. Instead, select form properties, and under the "format" tab, find the "picture" property, and browse to the location of your picture. Then change any of the picture properties underneath as needed.
