Hi there,
I'm sure this has been answered but for the life of me I can't remember how to add an extention which is already in the system. I go to 'Edit BLF List' but in the list, the extention who I want to add into the busy lamp field isn't there...

How do I make it appear so that I can add it into the BLF list?

It has to have a BLF appearance programmed for it on a phone in the system before you can add it to the list.

Thank you,

How do I do this... I can get into the system, what category is it under?

Depending on the version of MCD you have, this may be different:
Users & Devices -> Advanced Configuration -> Multiline Set Keys
Select an extension and choose an available button. You need to program this as a DSS/BLF key, using the Button Directory number as the extension numebr of the phone you want to have the appearance for, and select 'No Ringing' under Ring Type (unless you want to drive people crazy).
