I'm trying to add another ACD set n my Call Center. When I go t build the new set, as I configure key 0 (ACD 4499 0 4488)I get:

I bumped up my "configured value" for "Agent Positions" in the Historical Statistics by 25, from 525 to 550 (System value is 10050), but I still get the same message. Is this referring to something else other than Agent Positions? Please advise, thank you.
