Adding all directory numbers to phone "contacts" list?

Hello everybody,

A couple weeks ago, a bunch of people at the company got new extentions. There's a user who claims that before the switch, every number in the ranges that we own were listed in "contacts" on her Phone. At first I thought that she meant numbers she had saved herself, but no. She says that every number was just in her Phone.

So my question is, is there a way, to have all the numbers in our directory, show up in her "contacts"? I know she can look em up with the "directory" softbutton, but is there a way to list them in her "contacts"?

What type of phone and what software are you using (H.323 or SIP)?

H.323 and the 9640G

Contacts have to be entered manually into the phone, imported via USB, or entered manually into the backup file so they are retrieved on login.
