Adding Admin users LAPW

I know I need to go into ld17 to add users, but from there I am confused when reading the manual and it's been a long time since i have had to do this. Any one have an easy way?

dlesap - thanks for the info, but ths doesn't let me ADD someone. I t will anly let me change what is in there for the login I used. is there a pkg needed to have multiple logins?

Use NEW instead of CHG
