Adding ACDN extension to 2616 phone

I want to add an ACDN extension to 2616 Phone. Any tips on how to do that?

Well, according to the head of our QA dept. He used to recieve calls from an extension, that looks to be an ACDN extension. So that's why I was asking.

he may have been a acd agent for that acdn

that's an acd phone, the acdn is a pilot number for an acd group, print the dnof the phone you want to answer for and someone will get back to you... don't change or copy a acd phone.. thanks
