I have a Mitel SX200el and need to set up an existing phone to log in to an ACD group. I have set the COS to match the other phones and freed up the buttons needed to log in and out. when I try to log in using the ACD feature code and member number (in this case #5 + 51-55) I receive the message "no access" on the display. This comes up after entering just the #5 before I get to the member number. Any help would be appreciated.

check form 4 and option 104, maybe you have exceeded the number of agents you have purchased.

is there more than one appearance of the prime of that set? i.e. key line on another set

How do I check to see if there are other appearances of this set on other sets. Is there an easier way than checking every set for an appearance?

Do I need to add the extension number somewhere to be able to login as an agent or will just making sure the COS is right all that is needed?

when you are in form 9 on the set plid, bay slot circuit number you can do review, may have to go "more" to see it.
You do not need to enter the extension number anywhere, the cos of the set is not the cos of the agent. Try the review first.

Form 38 or 39 (I forget) is where you assign the agent login. This is where you assign the COS and COR of the set for it to assume after login.

The COS and COR of the set in form 9 should be the same or more restrictive as a normal non-acd set on the system.

The COS of the Agent (Option 650 or so) is normally given a Key Mapping Assignment. (Another form in the high 30's).

The most likely issue for your problem is the Key mapping is trying to assign a key you have already programmed manually. The keys that are mapped to the phone need to be blank prior to mapping.

Form 39 is the where you assign the agent login id, form 38 is the template form, this template is assigned in the cos of the agent you want for that set, this is where you may have make busy, logout etc for the agent. The template cannot conflict with the keys on your set before it takes on the agent id/template. I would confirm no key line appearances of that set anywhere then as a start delete all keys on that set except the prime and try to login.
