Hi,

can anyone help me - I have a windows 2000 SBS server with excahnge in use. I want to add a windows 2003 Standard edition to this domain without messing up the SBS. Does anyone know the procedure and issues to be aware of?

There are no issues. Joining the server to the domain is exactly the same as adding a workstation provided you are not trying to make it a DC.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

so are you saying if I want it to be a member I just have to join the domain as if I'm adding a workstation and that joining 2003 to 2000 shoudn't cause any hassles - really aprreciate it - thank you
