adding a Toshiba eStudio 351c as a scanner

PLEASE HELP!!! my co-worker and i are trying to hook up the MFP listed in subject line as a scanner but the install cd installs a proprietary twain driver and the printer drivers and will not install it as a scanner. We are trying to use it with a document and image management software.

Try going to Toshiba's web site and see if there is a newer driver.

Aho's doc and imaging software are you using???? I know ours can be a real pita when it comes to adding a new scanner.

You also need to make sure the imaging softwaare supports your particular scanner/MFP

been there done that. I am using it as a network system. and i am using laserfiche.
