I have a table in SQL 2005 that contains a comment field I need to add this field to an existing Access report, I have tried adding a text box and bounding it to the field in the table but that does not work. Please help

I can not seem to find the right command to let me add it, I haven't had to use access in over five years, and even then my knowledge is limited at best. The field exist in the table view but I can not drag it to the design view of the form.

First you stated "add this field to an existing Access report" and now "I can not drag it to the design view of the form".

Both forms and reports have a record source. You should be able to find this property and bring it up in design view. This allows you to add more table/queries/fields to your record source.
