adding a scroll bar

i looked every where. i can not find out how to add a scroll bar to my left frame.

If your left is longer than your main fram, the scroll will automatically appear. Or you can add <scrolling=*yes*> to your head text for that page.
Never had to add a scrollbar in my life. Dreamweaver, will do this as default.
