adding a phone with acd key

I'm having a little issue adding a new extension for a customer.

In LD 20 I added the extension so it looks as follows:

(This is the same as another user, I have not been able to copy as they have a cue and I was told this will corrupt the database.)

When I try to add the acd key, I get

What am I doing wrong?

That you never want to do, why did you build the phone without the ACD key. You can copy from a ACD phone but not a Supervisor's

Never, ever copy an ACD phone. Always build it as new.

+1 for NEVER copy OR mov and ACD set.

Hey M,

Copy your settings into a text file from procomm or secure CRT

Out the set...

Rebuild the set as Perry said with key 0 as

ITEM key 00 acd 2810 0 2117

Should work for you..

As mentioned best practise is to never copy or chg ACD sets better to out and rebuild them to avoid corrupting your database

Hi Guys.

Yeah.... I've read about the corrupted database which can occur if you try to copy an extension that is in symposium. On the bright side, after I entered my

ITEM key 00 acd 2810 0 2117

and sent it to the lady who is in charge of symposium, everything shows up as it should. I haven't had any hate mail or tickets so as far as I know all is working well.
