I'm trying to setup an external dial button, but when I enter 72#18001231234 and use the key. I get a recording from the phone company that number cannot be dialed. If I enter that number manually on the line it works fine. I was wondering if the phone company switch is old and can't handle the digits comming at it so fast, is there a way I can put a Pause in the string like on the PBX's an * is a 3 sec pause. I tried the * on the BCM but it didn't work. I even tried 3 *
