Adding a non-inventory item

Hello All,

I'm sorry to be asking such a rudimentary question - unfortunately the "How Do I" function is unavailable on the systems we have here due to conflicts with MS's security patches - but I can't for the life of me remember how to add a non-inventory item to MAS. We have begun working with international dealers and I need to implement several new non-inventory numbers so that we can assess various fees and charges. Can anyone help?
