adding a new row to cross-tab report with %

hi,

I have 7 cloumns with different age groups. The rows show the employee office description. So at the bottom of the column there is total of all the employees in that particular age group.

What i would like is a PERCENTAGE of the count of say employees ages 20-25 AT the bottom of column. I have 7 such age group columns.

I am using a cross tab report

What version of CR are you using (you should always identify this)? If you look in the crosstab expert, is there only one column field (resulting in seven instances), and one summary field?

Right Click on the summarized fieldvalue on cross-tab and
select format field.
click on common, on Right Side of the Display String option click on X+2 to write formula

currentfieldvalue&totext('%').
