adding a mailbox issue meramail

i guys
we are having a problem trying to add a mailbox to a user we get this message "another mailbox is using this extension as an extension dn" we have a mermail 12

your problem is not in the Switch, it's on MerMail. this means that another mailbox has that DN as the first appearance or the second appearance. back out, press F5 to Find and put in the extension in question.
MerMail should tell you who else is using that extension and you can delete it or change as needed. good luck!!

thank you so much it worked i had to map the f5 key in procomm using Options>keyboard editor>F5 key and change that to [O^M
