OK, here's my situation that I've been racking my brain for 3 days.

I have a Pilot Point set up in Call Manager 7.1. This Pilot Point cycles through 2 different Attendant Console users. Then, I would like it to go to a Hunt Pilot, that broadcast rings to our customer service department.

I setup a DN, and put the Hunt Pilots number in the Forward All text box of the DN, but that doesn't work, because if I shut down the Attendant Console user's phone, I get a busy signal.

There are some questions as to what Partition I need to put the DN into, or what Call Search Space to use, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Thanks in advance for assistance.

Actually the partition and css is the first thing you need to work on. If the DN is not in the correct css then you will not be able to reach it. It sounds like that is what you are running into as you should be able to mix AC members and DN's in a AC pilot point with no issues.
Do you have a css in the Forward all css of the DN you are forwarding to the customer service hunt group?

In the Forward All text box of the DN, I have the number of the Hunt Pilot. Next to that is the drop-down box for the CSS and I specified the same CSS as the other numbers.

I re-created my DN and made sure that the Route Partitions and CSS fields for all numbers matched. I will test tomorrow. thanks for the response.
