Adding a footer on to every outgoing message

I'm trying to find the bit in exchange server (running on SBS Server 2000) that allows you to add a "signature" footer to every message.

This is so we can put a standard disclaimer on every message.

Can anyone tell me where it is buried in the settings?

Look on Microsoft's Knowledge Base for IMSEXT.DLL.

This explains how to do it.

It looks a tad scary.

Is there any program that can do it? (One that doesn't cost anything?)

Isn't there a feature that just allows you to add a "Signature" or "Footer" to every message? There's one on IMail server, so why shouldn't Exchange have it?
