How can I add a field to an existing form without starting from scratch?

If the field is already in the table, then all you have to do is go up to the toolbar, click on the one that looks like a list (if you mouseover it it will say Field List) when that opens up, find the field you want, and drag it onto your form. Easy as pie.

Uhh. From 'View' make sure the 'Toolbox' is available. Choose 'textbox' from the 'toolbox' and add to form.
Set the data tab control source as needed. Ta da.
