Adding a disclaimer??

Is there a way to add a disclaimer to all out going emails without purchasing some appliance? Maybe cheap software? I run Symantec Mail Security for Exchange, but it is not part of that package, but is part of their Gateway package, which I do not need.

You need to create an event sink. MS documents two methods. I could not get this method to work correctly:
