How do you add a disclaimer to all email messages before they are sent. I am using Exchange5.5 with Outlook 2000 clients

You could make an Autosignature file with the disclaimer in it and distribute it in the logon script packaged up with SMS Installer. Anyone with an existing AutoSignature would have to go into their old one and copy/paste what they wanted into the top of the disclaimer.

Thanks Whitewiz but I forgot to mention I don't want users to be able to remove or change the Disclaimer and I don't want to go round every client machine. I am sure there is an exchange solution but I can't find it

Do a keyword search in this forum for IMSExt.dll. There are lots of threads about the same thing.
Exchange does not have disclaimer ability by itself but with the use of IMSExt.dll people look to be pretty happy.
