Adding a calendar to a form

Good news: I've seen this done with using an ActiveX plug in. The calendar control can be downloaded at this site You have to install it and then you can put it into a form.
Bad news: I used this and it worked fairly straightforward, however I could not figure out how to tie the output of the calendar to a table. Chances are you may have better luck then me. If you do figure it out, be sure to let me know.

How do I install the calendar control? There is no .exe file.
