We have a CM5.1 S8300 with an existing tsapi connection to AES 4.2. We want to migrate to a new CTI product but when trying to add a 2nd TSAPI link is AES, we get the following error:

"Only one TSAPI Link can be assigned to a Switch Connection"

Is it not possible to have 2 TSAPI links to one CM?

I believe that you only need a second clan (link) to establish the second connection.

If I remember correctly, AES is middle-ware to all the CTI platforms. Any CTI appl that you plan to implement will speak with AES only. The new CTI product will connect with the AES on either CVLAN or DLG mode. The data link connection will be added in the CM with same port (1 -8) number configured in AES for it.
