Adding 8 additional Vm Pro Ports for Contact Store.

Hi There.

This maybe an easy question to answer, but I don't have experience in Contact Store.

Once the 8 additional ports for Vm Pro has been added. Is there any Contact Store programming required to make the 8 additional ports become effective? Or will it just recognise the license on and allow the extra traffic?

Its the actual call recording part which takes the VMPro licence for each concurrent call. So no, nothing you need to do on Contact Store.
