ADDING 5TH LINE ON CICS

I have installed a CI card in the second slot.Programmed the line to appear and ring.I have dial tone on bix.When I select the line from a set it shows "incoming only".When I'm programing the line, line number comes up as 061! SP is
30DICO4.Is this restricted to 4x8 only? Do I need to upgrade the software to standard to open the next 4 co ports?
Your reply will be much appreciated.

Yes its restricted software at 4X8, replace with another.
By doing so it will open it to 8X16 configuration.

Thanks for the info.I have installed standard software and I have line 5.Here is what I learned.
The CI(2nd) card will not be recognized by thr system with restricted software.And therefore, when programming you'll be presented with line number 061.When you go and access the line that you programmed by pressing the line key, you see 'incoming ' on the screen of the phone you're using and no dial tone.Quick way to find out if you have restricted software is to punch down a phone on any pin from 9-16.The phone should flash and not work.The other way is to get the sp version and compare against a chart.
