Hi All,
I've googled everywhere, read loads of guides etc,etc... But my brain is fried! I've got an ERS 3524GT PWR+ connected to an IPO r9.0.8 in the lab. (My switching background is Cisco) I've set up a 3524 ERS using the Ipoffice verbose command, which works well- phones are in Vlan 42 (192.168.42.0 using IPO for DHCP) Data is Vlan 50 (192.168.50.0) Intervlan routing works ok, the IPO can ping and connect to the internet- SNTP resolves all ok, the pcs on the data vlan can communicate with the IPO on the voice vlan. Now.... I've got hold of a 2526T ERS switch to add as a second switch. The 2526T doesn't support the 'port type voice' command, so all in all I'm stuck. What I basically want to do is create an uplink port between the two switches which will carry all the relevant VLAN traffic. How would I configure the 2526 to make sure that phones were put in vlan 42 and data in vlan 50? It wouldn't need to run any routing as the 3524 will do that. I've tried everything!
Cheers,
