Added New Switchboard Not Opening When Clicking Button

I added a Statistics Switchboard to the list,
then added some forms to it....then I added
a button on the main form for the Statistics Switchboard.

Then I hit the button and nothing happened....

What am I doing or not doing....or doing wrong?

I have done this several times, just not in the past 12 months, I may be missing something?

You have to go to the Main Switchboard and add the Statistics Switchboard in there too.

Sorry, forgot to tell you to go to the Switchboard Manager to do all this, so...

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough I did add the button on the Main Switchboard, I just called it main form above.

When I do this and press the button on the Main Switchboard it is not opening or doing anything.

I'm beginning to think my Access has a hiccup.

Here is the table that it created:

I have done everything but delete my main switchboard and start over, as it has alot of graphic work on it.

The only thing I notice above is Switchboard ID 2 has no corrosponding Item Number 0. Other than that, I have no idea...Sorry
