Is there a way via a script or some methods to add a user with admin right to machines in my network.

You can use CUSRMGR to do this... you'll have to add some logic to a script to do this nicely but at least you have some ideas with this...

you could use the mmc for local and groups users.

I like to elaborate vasquea1 idea, run compmgmt.msc, if you tick the computer blue icon and from the Action menu select 'Connect to another computer' to connect to a particular PC. Goto 'Local User and Groups' then 'Groups'. Double click 'Administrators' then from here you can add that user.

(The Vasquea1 idea is good if you need to add a user to the local admins group on a small number of machines. But if you have to perform this action on 100 or 1000+ machines, I think you should automate the task through a script. A couple of tools that you can use are batch script, CUSRMGR, Net Group, PSEXEC (to push the script out to client machines, and possibly WISE packaging to compile and protect the script.) --Just my thoughts...
