MY
I'm using Notes 4.6.2a

In the memo form, i want to personalized the header/letterhead. i want to add few text & maybe own logo so it will show in my email.

can anybody tell me how to do it.

many thanks!

Simple, open your mail in the designer and go to the Subforms list. From there, you can change the header subforms as much as you want (still have to find out which ones they are, though !).
Unfortunately, all your efforts will be useless if you are hoping to send mail with your modified headers. Any modification you do will only be available to you in your mail. Whatever mail you send will arrive in standard format in the recipients mail box. For that reason, you want to avoid adding unregistered headers, since that is likely to display error messages in the recipients' mail box.

In my opinion, you're setting yourself up for a lot of trouble for very little gain.

thanks for the info. i know how to do that actually. but what i meant was that i wanted to add a customized logo or text. let say i want to add in my company name besides my name in the letterhead. where should edit?

Thanks again.

You can add the logo and text to the form design and the recipients will see it. On the other hand, you cannot customise the Notes Mail stationary because that stationary is passed by reference and the recipient's eMail will get the reference not understand it.
