Add/remove windows components on winxp pro

When I go to this section in control panel under add or remove programs, it goes immediately to configuring component wizard and never shows any components. Is there a setting somewhere that I have accidently changed? TIA

I would use Microsoft Email Support. I had a problem with the "Add/Remove Programs" missing from my computer. Microsoft replied to my email within a couple of days.

My problem had to do with installing StyleXP. They told me to uninstall it. It resolved my problem. I didn't even mention StyleXP in my email. I Was honestly shocked and very impressed with their help.

You should try them. I think it would be your best bet.
