I have a Orphan Program showing up in the Add/Remove Appelet. It had an uninstall problem so I deleted all the registry keys manually. Unfortunately I cannot find it in unistall in the registry, so I suspect that is why it still appears in add/remove. (it shows no size and there are no remove, etc. Just the listing.
Here is the ques: I have one entry in the unintall registry that has no values, just zero's. It is the only one. Would that be it? Is there a way to REM it out so I can see without throwing me and my PC off a cliff or putting myself in a jackpot?
Also are regstry keys randomly generated on an install or are they specific to the application?
Thanks
