Add/remove programs list wont update

recently i updated my windows me with some service pack from microsoft.
now i found out that my add remove programs list cant be upadated to show the latest programs installed.

i have to uninstall manually..
any help is welcomed.

i have search the knowledge base but no answer.

here is the picture of the tweakui lists and the control panel list.
The programs on the tweakui is not present in the control panel.
