Add quotation marks to a web page

Hi,
Just a quick question, if I want to add quotation marks to a piece of text as is below. How do I do it.

<asp:literal runat="server" text="Blah , Blah, "Blah" "/>

OUTPUT

Blah, Blah, "Blah"

yeah I did
I just went for a single apostrophe and that seemed to work

As noted by tperri, htmlentities (not special characters) should be used. Especially if you have an xhtml page.
