Add other networks to our domain controller

We have a new DC, we would like to add our other networks so that we share resources, make trusts or probably see the network on the entire network/microsoft/...

Does anyone know how, or best way to do this.

I'm a little unclear as to exactly what you're asking for.

Do you have multiple Active Directory domains, and you want to share resources among them? If so, are they in the same forest?

Yes I want multiple Active Directory to share resources among them, and when user login their machines I want to display multiple domains list so that they can choose which domain they might join.

How do I do that. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
