Good morning!

I have a subform linked to a main form. The main form contains information on the primary parking pass holder. If the primary holder has a carpool, you can click on a toggle button for "Enter Carpooler Information" and bring up the subform that thas the carpooler information in it. I have the subform set up with a filter so that only the riders associated with the primary carpooler's permit number are shown for each record. Here is my question.

If I want to add a new rider onto the carpooler information, you click on the "Add New Rider" button and it brings up a new record. However, how can I modify the subform so that when you click on the "Add New Rider" button, it brings up a new record, but the Permit Number field is prepopulated with the permit number for the primary rider?

Any tips or advice would be most appreciated.. Thanks!

Are the LinkMasterFields and LinkChildFields properties set ?
Are the RelationShips properly set ?

Hope This Helps, PH.
