Add Intercom to Overhead Page

I work in a hospital and some places can't hear the overhead speakers. Is it possible to also have it go to intercom on the phones? Since there are speaker phones everywhere..

Not usually, but what kind of system and what kind of phones do you have?

On the Nortel PBX systems you can not have an intercom work this way. Intercom (DIG) will allow you to program an Intercom number to a phone per group and you can only call one phone at a time. I suggest replacing the speakers with ones that have volume controls or moving the current speakers so they can be heard.

If you have VOIP phones there is a Valcom product designed especially for this, you can add 50 phones per valcom unit for paging.
