Add images and sound to outlok message

Please save me from my Marketing Manager!!! She has decided that she wants to create those funky e-mail that automatically plays sounds and move images without attachement. I have no idea how to do that!!!
We use Outlook/office 2000.

Take a look at the stationery at

by looking at the source code of some of the free stationery you may be able to figure out how to do it yourself. The stationery plays music and scrolls in all directions.
