I have a query result which looks like this,
ISBN Description Flag
129000 Access1 N
129000 Access2 N
129000 Access3 N

How can I get the following output,
ISBN Desc1 Desc2 Desc3 Flag1 Falg2 etc...
129000 Access1 Access2 Access3 N N

Thanks

Change your query to a CROSSTAB query and you can specify which fields should be GROUPED (ISBN) and where they should go in your final output. In your example, ISBN would be row data and the other fields would be column data.

I have tried a crosstab but you need a value field also and in this case I don't have a value field.
