Add extension with vm to key 7?

Is it possible on a M2008 phone where the existing extensions ring until answered, to add a separate extension on Key 7 that will roll into voicemail if not answered? I don’t want to change the functionality on buttons 0-6 (ring until answered, no voicemail); I just need to add an extension with voicemail.

NEC guy still learning the Nortel ropes, working with 61C and Meridian Mail.

Build a phantom with the number that needs to RNA and HUNT to VM and DCFW it to a non-did on key 7. The phantom controls the FNA and HUNT.

Create an analog TN with that number and FDN/HUNT it to voice mail. Then add that number to key 7 of the 2008 set but leave the MARP on the analog TN.
