I have a co line that I would like to add to an existing route. Can anyone explain to me the steps to get this done/

Hi,

If you don't know the route number of the CO route, make a call over the CO route, press hold, get the line back and you see the ACOD of the route. Go into LD 20 print the ACOD (DNB) and you see the route number.

If you know the Route number of the CO route, go into LD 21 and do as follows:

REQ: LTM
CUST: you cust number
ROUT the route number you just found

Now you see a list of all the route members currently programmed for that route. Take a note of the last route member number, you will need it later.

Now go back into LD 20 and print one of the TN's you just printed in LD 21.

After that go into LD 14 and type:

REQ NEW
TYPE the type of the printed TN
TN The tn where you connected the CO line

and follow the prompts and enter the values you have printed in LD 20

When you get to the RTMB prompt enter the route number and the current last member + 1 (Which I told you to remember)

Maybe you need to go into LD 32 to enable...
