Add CDNs

Is there anyway to add CDN's. I have an opt 81C 25.40B and have 240 active CDN's.

You need to make sure you have enough ACD DN licenses before you can add more CDN's. Check your licenses in LD 22 by entering:

REQ PRT
TYPE SLT

This will show you the maximum number of ACD DN licenses that you can have. If you have used all of them, you will have to purchase more through a Nortel partner.

If you have a pentium processor, and if you have purchased feature package 388, then you have the potential to increase your total CDNs+ACDDNs to 1000. Otherwise, your limit is 240. (Your SLT in LD 22 may say 24000, but that means 240 per customer. A PBX has a limit of 100 customers, so 240 x 1200 = 24000. The "real" number would be one customer's limit).
