I've been using Goodlink on my Treo with a hosted exchange server for about a month now with no problem. Just installed it for a co-worker and when he adds an appointment on his Treo, 3 duplicate appointments show up on the desktop. I've looked everywhere and can't find a resolution. Any help would be much appreciated.

What version of the GoodLink client are you running and what version of the GoodLink Server is your host running?

He's running client version 4.0.0.59 and I'll have to find out about the host.

You can upgrade to the 4.0.3.6 client via the desktop installer on Good's website. Don't know if this will fix it, though. Couple of other things:

Are you both on the same carrier and using the same phone?

Try reprovisioning the phone and see if it takes care of it. Could have been a hiccup during the install.

My coworker has been working with the exchange vendor and Goodlink tech support and they're at a loss. We're both on the same carrier (Sprint). They had him reprovision his phone (2 times) and the problem's still there. Good support suggested that the exchange side be upgraded to the latest release. I think this will take place tomorrow. I thought about hard resetting both our Treos and swapping our accounts to see if the problem follows the account or stays with the Treo.

Was there ever a resolution for this problem? I have a user that is experiencing the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

We thought we had it resolved but the problem came back. We first replaced the Treo and downloaded new Goodlink software but the problem was still there. Our Exchange provider upgraded Exchange and Goodlink server software and the problem was still there. They finally deleted my co-worker's account and created a new account, which seemed to correct the problem. Then after about a week, it started happening all over again. The only difference between my account (which works fine) and his account is that his calendar is shared with me.
