Hi,

I'm using SSRS 2005 to produce a simple datasource. Basically to replace excel spreadsheets with linked data. The resulting file is just a flat file with approximately 30 columns.

Is there a way of quickly laying out this format in reporting services? I'm thinking of a "select all" type of command.

Thanks!

If you go through the report wizard, it will do exactly that for you!

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

Please read FAQ222-2244 before you ask a question

Thanks Geoff,

Typically I've dived into using SSRS from the blank report and not bothered with the wizard! It does just as you say.

Many thanks!
