Add additional table to form

I have a table that was created (after db in use for 3 years) and I need to add that table to an existing form. Can this be done? The form I would like to add this table to was based on one table and now I need to add an additional table.

Assuming that your original form was based on a query (as most are) you simply need to go into Design View for the query, select "Show Tables (the icon is a form with a Plus sign beside it), click on the new table, then click on the fields of the new table that you want to include.

Next, go into Design View for the form, click on the field list icon and add the fields you want to the form.

Nope, this form was not based on a query. It was created straight from a table.
