Add ActiveX control to toolbar

I added new ActiveX cotnrol using "Tool", "Option", "Controls" and then select from the list, then "Set default.."

Somehow, the new controls did not show in the form design tool bar for me to select.

Please advice.

Did you switch to "Activex Controls" on the toolbar?
