Add ACD on TSWSP03

Hi All,
Please help me for solve this problem , I can't assign ACD Group with command ACGRI. when i send command system is reply "NOT ACCEPTED NO FREE SPACE". The system have 4 LIM and lim 1 have ACD 10 group, lim 2 have ACD 10 group, lim 3 have ACD 12 group, lim 4 have ACD 15 group.

please printout ACGCP:GRP=all;, I suspect you don't have any queue space left

your system is pretty full:

LIM1 = 990 queues
LIM2 = 990 queues
LIM3 = 942 queues
LIM4 = 948 queues

do you really NEED acd groups with 150/99 calls in queue?
