Add a word to the subject line

Is there any way I could add a word to the subject line when an email arrive in some ones mail box.

This is the senario, the sales person has 3 email address, sales, info and her own erica. she would like to be able to see the diffrence between them easily with out having to read through the email.

If anyone knows how to do this or has any oher methods which are useful hen pleas pas them on.

If you add the To field in her Outlook Inbox, she will see what address it was meant for.

HOw do i do that?

When she clicks on the to field in outlook, it just says ericar, her exchange alias. it doesn't have the actually dress.

Is there a setting in exchange server which keeps the orignal address?

Nono, in the inbox, on top where the Tabs "From - Subject -Received ec" are, the ones you can click to sort per Sender or Subject.
Ricgt click Subject or so, Select Field Chooser, sroll to the To field and drag it between the From and Subject.
Resize when needed.

I know this.

but the only problem is that all mail recived first goes through the exchange server. So once it gets to the users mail box it says it has been sent to the same address. for exaple all of ericas email are sent to ericaG, whether they have been sent to info ventas or erica.

so hwat i need is some way to diffrenciate between them when exchange first gets them

or maybe make up a rule inside outlook form the intenret headers.

which ever way would be helpful

Since everything is on the Server, why not make 3 seperate mailboxes and add them in Outlook to be Opened?
Easy to manage, AND the names will be correct.

You can only set up one mail box per person that is also out the window.

Its ok i set up a rule using the message header in outlook. One of your post gave me the idea.

You can setup as many mailboxes you want!
You cannot name them the same of course, but you just give access to that 1 user. They can then manage them all.
You think I open Outlook 20 times to check all boxes?

But if you are happy with the rules, that is good enough for me.
