Add a VLAN

We have a remote site with a G700 that currently runs just the Native VLAN and we want to move to separate VLANs for Voice and Data.

Can someone tell me what all is involved in making this move?

We are using Cisco 3750 switches and 4621 phones.

Not sure if the sintax is different on the 3750. I haven't played with them, but the normal steps to create a VLAN on a cisco swith is
Switch(config)#vlan NUMBER
Switch(config-vlan)#name NEME OF VLAN
